Etsy recently gave us a look inside the Nature Lab at Rhode Island School of Design, a collection of natural specimens originally established for nature drawing. I remember visiting the Nature Lab on my visit to RISD as a prospective student, and it just blew me away. They even have taxidermy mashups of animals that don't really exist.
