Using Pixel Fonts for Cross Stitch

When I first got in to cross stitch, I was frustrated with the limited text variations available to me in my mother's collection. I knew there had to be a way to make consistant, interesting text without making it up myself. Then it dawned on me: cross stitch is just a low-resolution image, so what better way to create legible, techy text than with pixel fonts! Pixel fonts are just regular fonts that are designed to be in a low-resolution environment. You can find them for free all over the 'net, and they install just as any other font. When your next cross stitch project comes along, print out your text or just work straight from your computer screen.

You can find a bunch of free pixel fonts here - Link.
