What you Need:
A balloon
String in many colors
Paint
Glue
Paintbrush

What to Do:
Blow up the balloon to the size that you want it. (NOT TO BIG!)

Tie a long piece of string to the balloon’s knot. Put glue on the string and wrap it around and around the balloon until you run out.

Repeat with another long piece of string (you may want to change the color) but wrap it in a different way.

Hang the balloon and let it dry until the string is hard.

Apply paint if desired.
